My issue is with General Motors because I ordered a 2019 GMC Yukon from Vestal Buick GMC as well as putting a deposit for the Yukon on September 4, 2018. I still don't have my Yukon and it was ordered 108 days ago. So I'm disappointed with GM for not providing Vestal and myself reasons for the delay. I've owned GM products for over 40 years and wish I had considered a competitive product if General Motors Delivery Service is lacking customer concerns.
They team was great to work with. I was able to drop of my car and pick up a loaner all within minutes. Everything was great, I just wish that they would have washed and vacuumed the truck after all I spent over $550.00 for the 30,000 mile service and this is the only dealership I trust to pop the hood since I bought it new at the dealership. If they had washed and vacuumed the truck it would have been 5 stars all the way.
The people I dealt with were very polite and professional, and even though they were working with the aftermath of a snowstorm, my wait time was not unreasonable. A new battery was installed, and it works just fine.
