We brought the vehicle in after we bought it because something was wrong with the front end. We were told you greased the bump stops. It did not fix the problem. We finally took it to our mechanic and he said it was obvious. The front struts are broke. He said we’d have to hit something pretty hard for that to happen. We took it back to Vestal and told them. It took them a week to tell us they could fix it for $800 which is doing us a favor. My wife drives the kids to school in the vehicle. We haven’t done anything to it to break the front struts. Vestal blew smoke about it the first time we took it in, by not even looking at it or lying to us. Now that some time has passed they are ready to get payed to fix it. This is the typical greasy car dealer garbage we had hoped we wouldn’t get from Vestal.
TY AND JAY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE THIS PURCHASE AS EASY AS POSSIBLE. AT ONE TIME I HAD RESERVATIONS REGARDING THE PURCHASE BUT TY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE THING RIGHT. PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH BOTH OF THEM. THIS IS MY THIRD PURCHASE OF VESTAL GMC AND BY FAR THE EASIEST. WELL DONE TO ALL INVOLVED.
